Rebel Wilson is an Australian actress, comedian, writer, singer and producer. In 2020 she started her “Year of Health” when she decided to not work as much and instead focus on herself and her health.

Here are 7 things which she did to make herself happier and healthier.

1. You don’t have to be perfect

A lot of people are too hard on themselves. First you want to pick a diet and exercise plan. While, of course, your aim is to stick to it don’t be too hard on yourself if you skip a day or eat something which you’re not supposed to.

Tomorrow is another day when you have a chance to try again. Remember that failure is impossible if you never give up.

Getting good sleep is just as important as eating healthy and exercising.

7. Love yourself

Rebel says “I’m a very confident, skilled, accomplished person, but I still suffer from having low self-worth and just not loving myself.”

Even if you don’t start a new diet and exercise plan you are still a beautiful and worthy human being who God made. Avoid feeling like you have to do something to become more worthy of love and respect because you don’t.

Another thing which helps your well-being is to think of one to five things which you’re grateful for everyday.

A little bit of self love goes a long way.
